The hotel was really nice, way fancier and more impressive than I expected. The fact that they had a rental bike was a real bonus. The pool & hot tubs were great. The Lake House next door was excellent. Everything really comfortable and clean and nice. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The room was really spectacular! Nice view too. Bar/ restaurant area was also very nice. Staff equally nice and friendly. There is free coffee in the room but it is not offered in the lobby. Which is ok for me. The pool area is closed inside but open outside. Unfortunately it is raining today. No water in the hot tub outside. Not a big deal for me but other people may not like that. The other restaurant located just a few steps away looked very nice as well! All in All I had a good stay

It was very nice but I was very unhappy they wouldnt give me a total or a receipt for our stay. They said our receipt had to come from booking.com. I have used this site many times and was always able to get a receipt at check out. Can you please get back to me about this. Iam not happy about this.

Staff is friendly, efficient, thorough. Cleanliness superb. The room was very comfortable- great mattresses, plenty of pillows for reading in bed. There is also a chair and couch. We had a beautiful view of Lake Muskegon. The bar tender was a lot of fun to talk to as he assembled our breakfast.

Beautiful location on the water, easy parking, nice room and especially loved being able to have fresh air!!! That was really really lovely.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was incredibly friendly. I paid for a lake-view room, but unfortunately, the TV didn’t work because the room had recently been renovated. They upgraded our room, waived the lake-view fee, and are working with Booking to compensate for the inconvenience. If you’re staying anywhere in Muskegon, please choose this place!
