it was in walking distance of many attractions. Right on Bike / walking path. The hotel staff greeted us every passing, held the elevator. asked if we needed anything for our room. Comfy big beds, lots of space for bikes, wagons and luggage. Even a cabinet for food storage for family with special diet. Great air conditioning that did not wake you when it turned on. We were right next to elevator and did not hear it. we were on angle side of hotel, but could see lake from window.

The hotel was located by the water, and the architecture was very attractive. We immediately felt welcome when we pulled up to check in. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. While there was no free breakfast, there was an excellent cafe nearby that served a delicious and very reasonably priced breakfast. For our purposes that added to the enjoyment of our pleasure trip. The hotels proximity to the downtown area and the water made it perfect for our purposes.

The view was the best, this is a super cool boutique hotel, not your average joe! If you like stuff a bit vintage, mixed in super clean, and super beautiful! This is the place to stay, the crew super nice! This Hotel, is on the water, and has a great walking path, super close to the downtown city life, there is great coffee, a great restaurant, and super cute bar. Try it, its differant in a really unique way!

We had a view of the water from our room. There is also a boardwalk you can walk to get more water views and a gorgeous sunset view. The hotel has indoor and outdoor pools- my kids loved swimming in both. Our room was large and comfortable. The decor of the hotel is very unique- one of the staff described it as “gothic” but my kids alluded it to Luigi’s Mansion. While you can’t walk to the beach, it was a short drive to Pere Marquette beach which is beautiful.

Beautiful decor and atmosphere, the beds were extremely comfortable. Salt water indoor pool and hot tubs were well kept and clean.

This hotel is all about location! I loved being right on the water and really enjoyed the outdoor pool and walking to The Lake House for dinner and a glass of wine. I also thought the customer service was outstanding, all of the staff were so polite, friendly and helpful. The Shoreline was also within walking distance of where I was going, and it was easy to walk to numerous shops and restaurants.

This is a lovely hotel inside & out! We had a 7th floor corner King Suite facing the marina and the sunsets from the room were breathtaking! We loved sitting outside on the balcony and enjoying the breeze through the THREE sliding glass doors. Kids loved the pools, hot tubs, and the claw machines on the lower level. The front parlor Drawing Room was a charming touch and beautifully decorated.

Such a beautiful location. Our hotel room had a view of lake Michigan. It was so pretty. Very friendly staff that was very helpful and gave us ideas of things to do. Bed was very comfortable, our room had plenty of space. We will always stay at the hotel when we visit Muskegon. Nice to have the grills outside to cookout on. Love that you can sit at the bar outside and watch the boats come in.

The room was very clean, spacious,, but a bit dated. We really liked that you can open the window. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bicycle trails are very close.
